This week in honor of what would have been Dr. Seuss’s 113th birthday on March 2nd, kids across America have been celebrating this beloved children’s author’s books. Dr. Seuss, whose real name was Theodor “Ted” Seuss Geisel, wrote and illustrated 44 books throughout his lifetime until his death in 1991. Classics like “The Cat in the Hat”, “How the Grinch Stole Christmas”, and a personal childhood favorite “Green Eggs and Ham” have been the gateway to a lifetime love of reading for generations of readers and for this achievement we will be forever grateful! What is your favorite Dr. Seuss book?
