Ingredients
- 2 pounds flank steak
- ¼ Cup Olive Oil
- ¼ Cup Orange Juice
- ⅛ Cup Worcestire Sauce
- ⅛ Cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ Cup Chopped Cilantro
- 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
- Place the flank steak in the crock pot, and pour the ingredients over
- Cook on low for 6-9 hours
- -60 minutes before serving, shred the beef in the crock pot using two forks, then continue cooking until ready to serve
- When done, fill your tortilla with the meat and top with condiments of your choice
Assemble:
Once you’re ready to serve, gather your toppings so everyone can put what they want on their taco. I like to do diced tomatoes, sour cream and avocado mixed together, and chopped cilantro/onion/avocado.
For the shell, you can use a flour tortilla, corn tortilla, or hard taco shell. I like to use little 4″ corn tortillas when I can find them. You don’t want the tortilla to be too big, since you’re going for the street taco effect here.
