Crock Pot Brown Sugar Pineapple Ham
Ingredients
- 1 Ham, pre-cooked, spiral cut – bone-in or boneless, either will work
- 3 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Raw natural Honey
- 1 20 oz can pineapple tidbits or chunks – do not drain
Instructions
- In a large crock pot, over 6-quarts or larger, cover the bottom with only 2 cups of the brown sugar
- Place ham on top of the brown sugar, open the slices slightly with your hands

Pour the Honey over the ham, evenly
- Add the pineapple around the sides (with the juice) and some on top
- Top with the remaining 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar, making sure it is evenly distributed over the entire top of the ham
- Cover and cook on low for 3 1/2 – 4 hours.

Slow Cooker Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 lg Potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 lg Onion, diced
- 6 slices Thick Cut Smoky Bacon, uncooked, chopped
- 3 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 (10.75 oz) can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 1/4 cups Milk
Instructions

Spray a 6 qt or larger slow cooker with cooking spray. Add 1/3 of the potatoes to the crock, covering the entire bottom. Spread them out evenly, overlapping.

Sprinkle on 1/3 each of the pepper, garlic powder, onion, bacon, and cheese, in that order.

Make 2 more layers.

Mix the cream of chicken soup and the milk together and pour over the top of the potatoes.

Put the lid on and cook on Low for 8 hours, or until potatoes are fork tender.

Serve hot.
Slow Cooker Baby Carrots with Honey and Brown Sugar Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup water
2 pounds baby carrots, rinsed
1/4 cup butter, cut into 4 – 6 pieces
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional: fresh dill (chopped)
Instructions
Pour the water into the bottom of the slow cooker. Add carrots. Top carrots with brown sugar, honey, and salt. Place butter pieces on top of all ingredients.
Cover slow cooker with lid and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours, stirring after 2 hours.
Spoon carrots into a bowl or serving platter. If desired, sprinkle with dill.
